Bilingual/Spanish - Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Provides coaching, leadership, and support to managers and employees regarding Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, questions, and concerns.
• Leads and manages all employment practices, including recruitment, orientation, professional development, promotions, transfers, terminations, and temporary agency utilization.
• Administers various human resource policies for the site, including attendance and disciplinary policies, ensuring consistency within the location.
• Acts as an employee advocate and mediator for employee relations concerns and handles human resources legal issues as required.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state human resource requirements; conducts investigations; maintains records; and represents the organization at hearings.
• Participates in employee disciplinary and/or counseling issues with supervision as necessary and reviews disciplinary documentation as applicable.
• Administers all employee benefits and payroll programs, coordinating with corporate as necessary; assists employees with payroll-related questions.
• Recruits salaried (exempt/non-exempt), hourly, part-time, and agency employees.
• Ensures effective employee onboarding and orientation, with follow-up as needed.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish) required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources-related field required; Master’s degree (M.S.) is a plus.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability through partnering with business leaders in a fast-paced, evolving operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, with the ability to interpret, apply, and communicate this knowledge in support of business initiatives.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

Benefits

The annual salary range is $85K – $110K. Exact salary offered will depend on candidate’s experience, work location, skills, etc.
