Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Serve as an HR advisor and resource to employees and leaders across a multi-shift operation.
  • Manage employee relations concerns, attendance, conduct, policy violations, workplace conflicts, and performance issues.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and document findings and recommendations.
  • Partner with the Human Resources Manager on complex employee relations matters.
  • Administer FMLA, LOA, ADA accommodations, and return-to-work processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company requirements.
  • Coach supervisors and managers on employee relations, documentation, and performance management.
  • Support corrective actions, coaching conversations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Support HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics, including turnover, retention, attendance, and employee relations data.
  • HR administrative tasks, including maintaining records, preparing documentation, updating HR systems, and supporting day-to-day HR processes.

Requirements

  • Educational background: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Experience: 3-5 years human resources experience preferred

Physical And Environmental Requirements

  • Must be able to read documents, printouts, computer screens and other communication.

  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to climb, stoop/kneel, lift, pull and push.
  • Must be able to conduct oneself in a safe manner to avoid accidents while on the production floor.
  • Must be able to work in various environments based on building location and products.
  • Level of Physical Requirements: Sedentary to medium work level; lifting and positioning weight loads up to 35 pounds.
