Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as an HR advisor and resource to employees and leaders across a multi-shift operation.
- Manage employee relations concerns, attendance, conduct, policy violations, workplace conflicts, and performance issues.
- Conduct workplace investigations and document findings and recommendations.
- Partner with the Human Resources Manager on complex employee relations matters.
- Administer FMLA, LOA, ADA accommodations, and return-to-work processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company requirements.
- Coach supervisors and managers on employee relations, documentation, and performance management.
- Support corrective actions, coaching conversations, and performance improvement plans.
- Support HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics, including turnover, retention, attendance, and employee relations data.
- HR administrative tasks, including maintaining records, preparing documentation, updating HR systems, and supporting day-to-day HR processes.
Requirements
- Educational background: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Experience: 3-5 years human resources experience preferred

- Must be able to climb, stoop/kneel, lift, pull and push.
- Must be able to conduct oneself in a safe manner to avoid accidents while on the production floor.
- Must be able to work in various environments based on building location and products.
- Level of Physical Requirements: Sedentary to medium work level; lifting and positioning weight loads up to 35 pounds.
