Bilingual Spanish/English Routine Primary Care APP (NP/PA)- Telehealth

About the role

This remote, US-based position supports high-priority business initiatives within a leading Hospitals & Medical Centers organization. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and advance important work in a telehealth primary-care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual primary-care visits via telehealth, addressing comprehensive assessments and chronic-disease management.
• Diagnose chronic conditions and develop individualized care plans for optimal patient health.
• Evaluate and treat acute health concerns using virtual-care methodologies.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate necessary follow-up care.
• Manage prescriptions, medication changes, and refills while ensuring patient safety and adherence.
• Offer health coaching and lifestyle guidance to empower patient self-management.
• Facilitate referrals and coordinate with specialists or community resources as required.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing; ability to obtain multi-state licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or Internal Medicine.
• Minimum 2 years of primary-care, urgent-care, or internal-medicine experience, ideally with telehealth or virtual-care exposure.
• Active BLS certification required at time of hire.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including potential weekend shifts aligned with Pacific Time hours.

Pay

$125,000 – $125,000 annually.
