Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in using computers & laptop
• Experience in banking or financial services
• Experience in sales, cross-selling, up-selling or referring products
• Experience working in an inbound or outbound contact center (phone, chat and or video)
• Prior experience of working as a Personal Banker and managing high client volume
