Bilingual Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer, install, and maintain system software, hardware, and network applications in a hybrid network/cloud environment
• Configure IP services and network systems
• Evaluate operational requirements such as processing volume, security needs, and cost constraints to determine optimal hardware configurations
• Analyze and plan system layouts, including computers and peripheral equipment
• Monitor system performance to ensure compliance with specifications
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support
• Conduct end-user training for newly implemented or modified systems
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies
• Support business travel requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments (Windows 10, Windows Server) and Active Directory
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Office 365
• Knowledge of backup systems, antivirus software, and PC imaging
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
