Bilingual Social Media Manager

Drive brand voice across social media platforms, specifically Twitter. Assist bilingual social media team with translating and transcreating social media content from English to Spanish. Assist the bilingual social media team with the editorial calendar, writing of all social copy in English and Spanish. Assist and direct the production team with developing graphics to accompany social media posts. Develop, write, and edit social media content in Spanish. Deliver real-time insights through social listening to impact overall brand communication plans through monthly/weekly reporting. Monitor all social mentions across social channels to inform reporting and to identify engagement opportunities. Support social media efforts across a variety of additional accounts.
Responsibilities

- Aid the bilingual social media team with the editorial calendar, writing of all social copy in English and Spanish.
- Aid and direct the production team with developing graphics to accompany social media posts.
- Develop, write, and edit social media content in Spanish.
- Deliver real-time insights through social listening to impact overall brand communication plans through monthly/weekly reporting.
- Maintain monitoring of all social mentions across social channels to inform reporting and to identify engagement opportunities.
- Support social media efforts across a variety of additional accounts.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Must be a native Spanish speaker)
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study.
- 3+ years’ experience in either social media management or social media community management.
- Background in journalism is a plus.
- Experience managing enterprise level social media accounts.
- Experience using Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of the social media landscape, best practices, and analytics tools.
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Office and Social Media Reporting Tools.
- High level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere)
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $52,000-$65,000. The offered salary or hourly rate is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
