Bilingual Scheduling Center Agent

Work from home as a Spanish Bilingual Scheduling Center Agent, partnering with patients to schedule appointments and provide critical access to dental care. Full-time and part-time positions available.

As the first point of contact for new patients, you’ll schedule appointments, answer questions about Aspen Dental services, and use trained sales and customer service techniques to meet call center goals. Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments in a high-volume inbound call environment
• Compassionately handle questions and concerns, listening empathetically to understand patient needs
• Use trained sales and customer service techniques to set appointments and focus on appointment acceptance
• Meet individual and call center performance goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professionally proficient in both English and Spanish
• 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality preferred)
• Ability to answer calls in a high-volume call center environment strongly preferred
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, goal-driven, consumer-focused environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate provided technology efficiently
• Cable/Fiber internet connection (hardwired within 6 feet of the router, no WiFi/cellular/hotspot) with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant, private workspace
• Availability for some evening and weekend scheduling

Pay

$17.00 per hour, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses paid monthly and pay rate increases at 90 and 180 days.
