Bilingual Scheduling Center Agent

Work from home as a Spanish Bilingual Scheduling Center Agent, partnering with patients to schedule appointments and provide critical access to care. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with virtual training classes starting soon.

About the role

As the first point of contact for new patients, you’ll schedule appointments, answer questions about Aspen Dental services, and handle inbound calls in a high-volume environment. You’ll use empathetic listening and trained sales techniques to meet call center goals while improving patients’ dental health.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and serve as the initial contact for new callers
• Answer inbound calls in a high-volume setting while addressing questions and concerns with compassion
• Listen empathetically and think critically to understand patient needs
• Use trained sales and customer service techniques to set appointments and meet individual and call center goals
• Focus on appointment acceptance and customer care
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Call Center Leadership

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
• 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality preferred)
• Ability to handle calls in a high-volume call center environment
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, goal-driven, consumer-focused environment
• Strong communication skills with clear and professional speech
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate provided technology efficiently
• Cable/Fiber internet connection (hardwired within 6 feet of the router, no WiFi/cellular/hotspot) with minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant, private workspace
• Availability for some evening and weekend shifts

Pay

$17.00 per hour, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses paid monthly and pay rate increases at 90 and 180 days.
