Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop: Recruit, train, and coach the Consulting, Booking, and Follow-up teams.

  • Conversion Strategy: Design tactics to achieve booking and consultation conversion rates of ≥ 25%.

  • Process Optimization: Refine sales scripts and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce contract execution times.

  • Analysis and Reporting: Present detailed performance reports, revenue trends, and data visualizations to senior management.

  • Client Retention: Lead post-sale initiatives to ensure a retention rate of 90%.

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: Solid experience in managing sales teams and meeting aggressive goals.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, contract management tools, and data analysis.

  • Winning Mindset: Total orientation toward results and the ability to implement urgency-based incentives (On the Spot Sales).

  • Learning Culture: Interest in actively participating in internal and external training (e.g., Cardone University, 8FF).

  • Bilingual proficiency: Spanish/English.
