Stuller is hiring a Bilingual Sales Associate to help deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately enter orders.
• Offer substitutions and solutions, cross-sell and upsell, and handle inquiries.
• Keep customer profiles up to date in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Provide superior service via phone, email, web, chat, and fax.
• Capture customer information and record it into the CRM system.
• Record customer information and place orders for the customer base.
• Offer suggestions and solutions for out-of-stock items.
• Provide technical assistance to customers or route calls to the appropriate department.
• Verify customer account details, including buyer, location, method of shipment, and product ordered.
• Provide solutions and solve problems on demand.
• Participate in required Stuller-sponsored trainings; complete an extensive on-the-job training course.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be able to speak in Spanish and English fluently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions and communicate effectively via telephone, email, or conversation.
• Ability to manage customer interactions by demonstrating active listening, empathy, patience, and prioritizing customer needs.
• Ability to learn quickly and retain information for order processing and customer fulfillment.
• Computer keyboarding, navigation of web-based applications, and basic math skills.
• Must be able to follow instructions, both verbal and written, in English.
• Must be able to maintain composure and handle high-stress situations.
• Ability to work independently, across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and action-oriented.
• Demonstrates integrity in business practices and when working with others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
