About the role

Ring's End, Inc. is seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service / Sales Associate to support its retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Interact and assist customers with a smile
• Promote sales of Ring's End products and services
• Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly
• Schedule deliveries and follow up with customers
• Guide and advise clients on building material inquiries
• Answer phones and emails
• Organize inventory
• Perform other tasks to enhance customer satisfaction and store profitability

• Firm grasp of basic mathematical functions
• Firm grasp of basic computer skills, especially point-of-sale software and various vendor and quoting software
