Bilingual Safety Specialist
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings. The posting includes: "Why You’ll Love It Here" (maybe "About the role" or "Why You’ll Love It Here"? Not in list but we can use "About the role". Could also use "Why You’ll Love It Here" as heading but not in list; better to use "About the role". Then Responsibilities, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (maybe Skills), Physical Demands, Environmental Conditions, Tools & Equipment, What We Offer (Benefits, Pay). Also "People Promise" and "Our People Promise" etc are boilerplate EEO etc; we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the EEO statements, the "People Promise" etc. Also the Spanish posting duplicate; we should keep only one language? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The Spanish posting is duplicate of English content; we should treat as duplicated lines and remove? It says remove duplicated lines. So we should keep only one version (English). So we will output English content only.
We need sections: About the role (maybe "Why You’ll Love It Here" plus intro). Responsibilities. Qualifications. Skills (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities). Benefits (What We Offer). Pay (Competitive pay $65,000 - $85,000). Schedule (Travel 30–40% of the time, including overnight). Also maybe Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions could be part of Qualifications? But we could make separate sections if they have substantive content. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions into a "Working Conditions" section? But not in list. Could include under Qualifications? Might be better to keep as separate sections only if they have real specific content. They do have specific content. But we have limited headings list; we could still use for any heading, not limited to those examples? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are examples; we can use other headings if needed but better to stick to those. We could incorporate Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions under "Qualifications" or "Skills". But they are separate details. Could create a section "Working Conditions" but not in list; risk of deviating. I think we can include them as subpoints under Qualifications or Skills. However the instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to stick to those.
Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to extract content:
About the role: Intro paragraph: "Join a Company That Grows People At Lewis, we’re not just trimming trees — we’re building a future. As the second-largest utility vegetation management company in North America and a proud employee-owned business, we believe every person on our team matters. When you join Lewis, you're not just taking a job — you're investing in your future. Why You’ll Love It Here Experience the great outdoors while working in nature, not stuck behind a desk! Elevate your career with us — we prioritize training and internal promotions! Join a vibrant team that champions safety, values your feedback, and fosters a strong sense of camaraderie! Shape your future with us through our fantastic Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)!"
We can combine into a paragraph.
Responsibilities: list bullet points from "What You’ll Do as a Safety Specialist". We'll extract each sentence as li.
Qualifications: "What You Bring:" bullet points: Associate degree... etc. Also "Preferred Bachelor’s degree..." etc. We'll combine.
Skills: "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities" bullet points.
Benefits: "What We Offer" bullet list: Competitive pay $65,000 - $85,000 (but pay will be separate), Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), Paid training and certifications, Health, dental, vision & HSA options, 401(k) + match, Paid time off and Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Also maybe "Non-Union Benefits:" heading.
Pay: we need separate Pay section with the range. The posting says "Competitive pay $65,000 - $85,000". Also Spanish posting had "$64,250 - $72,000 anuales". Which is different; but we should keep the English version? The Spanish posting is duplicate but with slightly different numbers; we need to preserve ALL substantive information; but we must remove duplicated lines. The Spanish posting is duplicate of English content but with translation and slightly different pay range. Since it's duplicated lines (the same content translated), we might consider it duplicate and remove? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. The Spanish posting is not exactly same lines but same meaning; it's a translation. Might be considered duplicate? Safer to keep only English version; we can drop the Spanish posting entirely. So we will use the English pay range $65,000 - $85,000.
Schedule: Travel 30–40% of the time, including overnight. Also maybe "Significant travel is required, providing governance and oversight during field visits with Safety Specialists, Operations Leadership, and field crews. This role will travel within the divisional footprint including Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and southern Pennsylvania." That's also travel details. We'll combine.
We must not include boilerplate like "People Promise", "Our People Promise", EEO statements, etc.

Check for any leftover boilerplate: We removed "People Promise", "Our People Promise", EEO statements, Spanish posting, etc. Also removed "Non-Union Benefits:" heading (we incorporated benefits). Also removed "What We Offer" heading (we used Benefits). Also removed "Tools & Equipment" etc? We didn't include Tools & Equipment; maybe we should include under Skills? Could add a bullet under Skills: "Equipment May Include Computers, phones, tablets. Communication devices. Safety and training equipment. Utility vegetation management tools." That is substantive. Let's add to Skills. Also we omitted Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions; maybe we can add a section "Working Conditions" but not in list. Could incorporate under Skills? Might be better to add a separate section "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. However instruction says use
