About the role

We are hiring Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives to support customers during the open enrollment period. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a high-volume call center environment focused on healthcare and insurance-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and chat inquiries in both English and Spanish
  • Assist customers with account creation, password resets, and document uploads
  • Answer general questions and help customers manage their accounts
  • Verify eligibility for coverage and review healthcare plan options
  • Accurately document customer interactions and input data into internal systems

Additional Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot basic issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Follow defined policies and procedures in a regulated environment
  • Complete required training, testing, and certifications
  • Maintain flexibility as processes and programs evolve

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes and multitasking
  • Ability to provide professional, helpful customer support

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare or insurance
  • Background in retail or food service with strong customer-facing experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Work Environment & Schedule

Full-time remote (quiet, professional workspace required) Must have open availability between 7:45 AM – 10:00 PM (local time) Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
