Bilingual Recovery Associate - Remote

About the role

As a Bilingual Recovery Associate, you'll serve as a subject matter expert within our Retention & Collections Organization responsible for retaining customers and collecting any outstanding balance.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and text messages assisting customers to remain in compliance
• Contact customers via outbound calls, text messages and/or email to assist with retention and collection efforts
• Follow up on all promise to pays, payment plans and settlements in a timely manner
• Plan, organize and prioritize daily work to meet deadlines
• Adhere to department guidelines and goals to ensure KPIs are met
• Special Projects and all other duties as directed by management

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in a Customer Service, Collections or Sales role (strongly preferred)
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience

Skills

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify the problem, analyze possible solutions and decide on the best course of action
• Strong listening skills to understand the needs of the customers and find a way to achieve account resolution
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced, call center environment
• Highly motivated to meet department goals
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Pay

Average hourly pay: $18.00 – $23.00+ per hour (base + uncapped performance‑based bonus); uncapped earning potential.

Schedule

Shift: Monday‑Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Central Time (CST)
