Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary receptionist, working closely with the administrative team to support daily business functions.
- Answer and route incoming calls, including handling overflow and backflow calls as needed.
- Afford assistance to customers in both English and Spanish by taking loss reports and gathering claim information over the phone.
- Process claim-related documentation, including attaching and uploading documents into company systems.
- Enter and maintain W-9 information accurately within the system.
- Manage and process returned physical mail.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be Spanish bilingual with both written and verbal communication.
- Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years prior work experience with receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
