Responsibilities
- Work directly with buyers and sellers, guiding them through every stage of the real estate process
- Consultations set for you by our Inside Sales Team
- Full Transaction Coordination
- Manage your pipeline in our CRM
- Guide buyers & sellers through the full transaction
- Present and negotiate offers
- Partner with Showing Specialists & Inside Sales
Requirements
- Active NC and/or SC Real Estate Licenses
- 1+ year of real estate experience
- Strong sales, communication & negotiation skills
- Highly organized and motivated
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Qualifications
- No specified education level required
