Bilingual Real Estate Agent
Responsibilities
- Possess and apply top-tier prospecting skills through our nationally recognized coaching model.
- Show properties and walk clients through their options regularly, especially for Spanish-speaking clients.
- Provide clear market analysis and guide clients through buying/selling decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions closely, ensuring clients feel informed and supported.
- Research and present off-market opportunities to clients who trust you to find unique solutions.
- Manage and nurture your client database using our systems, maintaining consistent contact with past clients, current leads, and your sphere.
- Participate in coaching, training, and team activities to stay sharp and grow professionally.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish — written and verbal.
- Active Arkansas real estate license, or actively enrolled in coursework to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills across cultures.
- A people-first mindset, genuinely enjoying helping clients through significant financial decisions.
- Motivated and self-directed, with a career-committed approach to earning commission-based income.
- Flexible availability to meet clients when they need you, including evenings and weekends.
- Able to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Eager to learn and grow, utilizing scripts, systems, and coaching to enhance your skills.
Compensation
$75,000 - $105,000 USD yearly
