About the role
We are looking for a passionate bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our growing team. Your ability to communicate with families in both languages can make a meaningful difference. If you're passionate about working with children, building strong relationships with families, and growing in the ABA field, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA programs 1:1 with children and young adults on the autism spectrum
- Collect and document session data accurately
- Build genuine and trusting relationships with clients and families
- Communicate professionally with English- and Spanish-speaking families as needed
- Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA
- Help clients develop meaningful skills while celebrating progress, both big and small

Requirements
- Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification with support
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- A genuine passion for working with children and individuals on the autism spectrum
- Patience, consistency, and a positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
