About the role

AccentCare is seeking a Scheduler to support home health care staffing of field staff (RN/LPN, CNA, HHA). The Scheduler will manage scheduling, caregiver EVV, payroll, and onboarding while supporting fast‑paced branch operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous home care or healthcare operations experience
• Experience scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA with home‑based clients (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with caregiver EVV, payroll, and onboarding processes
• Experience supporting fast‑paced branch operations
