Responsibilities
- Support QA/QC documentation, tracking, and compliance activities.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, training records, and project documentation.
- Aid in preparing and submitting client quotations, invoices, payment applications, and related project documents.
- Monitor project progress and help track deliverables, milestones, and follow-up items.
- Cook up required employee training programs, certification schedules, and compliance records.
- Participate in project meetings, quality meetings, and site walks as needed.
- Record meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Compile, organize, maintain, and archive project documentation, including procurement records, financial records, quality documents, and project correspondence.
- Support document control processes and ensure timely document distribution and filing.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, QA/QC personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
- Perform general administrative support, data entry, reporting, scheduling, and document preparation as assigned.
Qualifications
- Mandarin-English bilingual ability required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, quality control, project coordination, or administrative support preferred.
- Basic ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, or technical documents is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organization, follow-up, documentation, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction/project environment.
- Experience supporting QA/QC, construction, semiconductor, industrial, or manufacturing projects is a plus.
- Experience with document control, project documentation systems, or project management software is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working on-site and occasionally supporting field/project site activities.
