Requirements
- Must be fluent in both XX and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn production processes and machine operation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be available to work weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time translation during daily manufacturing operations.
- Support communication between production employees, supervisors, team leads, and management.
- Assist employees in understanding work instructions, safety requirements, quality expectations, and operational procedures.
- Support onboarding and training activities to ensure clear understanding of job duties and workplace expectations.
- Translate work-related documents, safety communications, and operational information as needed.
- Maintain a regular presence on the shop floor throughout the shift.
- Develop an understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment to better support production teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
