Bilingual Translator & Production Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Translator & Production Operator who can facilitate effective communication between English- and Spanish-speaking team members in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate written materials such as training guides, safety rules, work instructions, and company policies between English and Spanish.
• Support verbal communication during meetings, training sessions, and daily production operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translations.
• Ensure cultural understanding and clear communication across teams.
• Absorb and assist in production operations when translation support is not required.
• Help during emergency or safety communications to ensure full understanding.
• Support HR during orientations and policy updates.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production setting.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to make a difference every day.
