HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Procurement & Inventory Coordinator to support material purchasing, inventory control, and procurement operations for a growing construction / engineering organization. This position is ideal for an early-career procurement or supply chain professional with strong attention to detail, experience managing purchasing documentation and inventory records, and Mandarin-English bilingual ability. Semiconductor, electrical, or low-voltage material experience is highly preferred. Position: Bilingual Procurement & Inventory Coordinator Location: North Phoenix, AZ | On-Site Type: Full-Time | Direct-Hire Pay Range: $52,000–$65,000/year DOE Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (POs) using established procedures.Track order status, shipment schedules, and vendor delivery commitments.Resolve purchasing discrepancies involving pricing, quantities, documentation, or delivery.Maintain accurate procurement records including PO logs, supplier quotations, receiving records, and invoice documentation.Coordinate invoice reconciliation and purchasing documentation with Finance/AP.Create and maintain material master data, including item descriptions, categories, suppliers, specifications, and units.Maintain accurate receiving, inventory movement, transfer, return, and adjustment records.Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, procurement, and internal project teams.Maintain accurate documentation and support audit/compliance requirements. Qualifications Mandarin-English bilingual ability required.1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, logistics, or material management preferred.Working knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and material-management processes.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-up skills.Experience maintaining material master data or inventory documentation preferred.Semiconductor industry experience preferred, especially involving electrical or low-voltage materials.Manufacturing or construction industry experience is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
