Bilingual Phlebotomist - No Experience Required

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed.
• Perform blood draws (paid training provided).
• Manage accurate and organized donor information.
• Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested in your career and success.
• Assist Vitalant’s donor care team in creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for donor volunteers.
• Most days conduct a blood drive around town in one of our buses; other days interact with donors at one of our local donation centers.
• Help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Able to lift 40 pounds.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred (must pass bilingual certification provided by Vitalant).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.

Pay

Base pay: $18.27 – $19.06 per hour.

Schedule

Sunday – Saturday variable hours with 2 days off. Shift 1 (United States of America). Start date: November 9, 2026.
