Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and communicate with clients, providers, opposing counsel, and internal team members
- Review and follow up on medical records, bills, and itemized statements
- Aid attorneys and paralegals in gathering and organizing evidence needed to support clients’ cases
- Ensure all case files are current, complete, and ready for the next stage of demand, litigation, or settlement
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple tasks
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word documents, Excel, and other Microsoft products
