Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal

About the role

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to join their Dallas team and manage cases from intake through resolution while supporting attorneys and Spanish-speaking clients in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury case files and keep case-management systems accurate and updated.
• Communicate with clients regarding medical treatment, case status, and next steps.
• Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare demand packages and communicate with insurers, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, pleadings, depositions, mediations, trial preparation, and litigation deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of personal injury paralegal experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Experience handling automobile accidents and other personal injury claims.
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and deadline-management skills.
• Reliable team player who can work professionally with clients, providers, insurers, attorneys, and court personnel.
