Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Cook up patient appointments and manage scheduling to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care plans and ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Aid in managing patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation.
• Support the front desk team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming clinic environment.
• Work closely with the Director of Operations to implement process improvements and enhance patient experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Keen attention to detail to complete operational audits, insurance billing, and patient care tasks.
• Proven ability to provide leadership and a supportive presence.
• Prioritization of candidates with experience in healthcare settings such as chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, or naturopathic medicine.
