Bilingual Outreach Coordinator
The Role
The Outreach Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for families referred by Regional Centers, guiding them through the initial stages of service enrollment and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This role coordinates referrals, maintains strong relationships with families and Regional Center staff, supports both Agency and Employer of Record (EOR) service lines, and partners with Community Partnerships and Operations to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
This is a hybrid position, coming into the Concord office up to 3x per week. Work Schedule: Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs, employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–2 years of customer service, healthcare operations, community outreach, or related experience
- Experience using CRM or case management systems such as Salesforce preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay
The expected California Pay Range for this position is $21.84 USD - $23.89 USD.
