Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Available shifts: Monday-Friday 07:00-03:30, Sunday-Wednesday, Wednesday-Saturday
Pay
- Starting salary: $19.62 per hour
- Progressive Pay available in some locations (not offered everywhere): $0.50 increase after first 90 days, and another $0.30 increase after completing 180 days
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the site manager to ensure staffing levels are met and communicate hiring needs to the KBS Talent Acquisition team.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts for the designated site, including communication with the KBS TA team.
- Assist the site manager with onboarding new employees.
- Assist in scheduling and facilitating orientations.
- Assist in facilitating employee recognition programs.
- Act as point of contact for questions/concerns/issues to facilitate resolution with appropriate resources within KBS.
- Maintain training files and supervisory employee files.
- Assist the site manager in maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical handling safety sheets/documents (generally in English; may have them in Spanish when state law requires).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Navigate and enter data into a tablet-based application.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to prioritize appropriately.
- Ability to complete routine reports.
- KBS uses KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software to accurately record employee work hours, manage attendance, complete required training, and distribute important job information. All non-exempt employees must download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out of shifts and breaks. Reimbursement for cell phone use is offered in accordance with applicable local law to support the use of personal devices for work tasks.
