Expectations
- Customer Service - serves at the primary point of contact for families, providing timely and effective service for all inquiries and needs.
- Answering Phones and directing calls
- Greeting and assisting Guests, parents, and students
- Checking guests in and out for security purposes
- Handling faxes, copies, paperwork, etc.
- Clerical Tasks - Data entry of essential student information into student management software and other platforms.
- Security/student help - Tracking students to/from nurse
- Assisting security, nurse, clinic with retrieving students
- Maintaining real-time attendance records
- Communicating with teacher, administration, safety and family
- Mail/packages - Receiving, sorting and distributing mail and packages
- Financial/Fee Handling - Collecting and tracking student fees
- Perform other duties that may be assigned to assist in the flow of information amongst staff and/or families.
Professional
- Communicate proactively and consistently with students, families, and colleagues, providing frequent updates on student progress, classroom activities, and school initiatives.
- Work collaboratively and supportively with colleagues, supervisors, students, parents/guardians, and community members, maintaining positive, solution-oriented relationships that foster a strong, inclusive environment for optimal learning.
- Continuously seek professional growth through building and department meetings/professional development, formal coursework, workshops, and seminars/in-services.

What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated belief in the potential of every child and a commitment to supporting excellence for each student.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in Office Administration or Secretarial Training preferred.
- Active participation in a Christian church.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish fluency (written and spoken) required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong initiative.
- Prior experience in a busy office setting with strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Demonstrated keyboarding proficiency (55+ WPM).
- Proficiency with office and web-based programs; Google Workspace preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
