Bilingual Nurturing Parenting Program Practitioner

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments to identify parenting needs and areas for growth
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans with measurable goals
  • Provide structured parenting education focused on empathy, non-violent discipline, and healthy family roles
  • Observe parent-child interactions and provide real-time coaching and feedback
  • Met with clients in community and office-based settings
  • Document services, progress, and outcomes in accordance with agency and contractual requirements
  • Collaborate with Department of Child Safety referrals and related stakeholders
  • Participate in supportive supervision and case review meetings

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of human services or child welfare experience
  • Associate degree in a human services field (Psychology, Social Work, Family/Early Childhood Studies, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (Psychology, Social Work, Family/Early Childhood Studies, etc.)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DCS Clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Current Arizona State Driver’s License with a good driving record for the past three (3) years
  • Current personal vehicle liability insurance and vehicle registration

Qualifications

Benefits

  • $21 - $22.08/hr. depending upon experience and bi-lingual ability
  • Sign-On bonus of $1000 is divided into 60 days and 90 days.
