Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments to identify parenting needs and areas for growth
- Develop and implement individualized service plans with measurable goals
- Provide structured parenting education focused on empathy, non-violent discipline, and healthy family roles
- Observe parent-child interactions and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Met with clients in community and office-based settings
- Document services, progress, and outcomes in accordance with agency and contractual requirements
- Collaborate with Department of Child Safety referrals and related stakeholders
- Participate in supportive supervision and case review meetings
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of human services or child welfare experience
- Associate degree in a human services field (Psychology, Social Work, Family/Early Childhood Studies, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (Psychology, Social Work, Family/Early Childhood Studies, etc.)
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to obtain and maintain DCS Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR Certification
- Current Arizona State Driver’s License with a good driving record for the past three (3) years
- Current personal vehicle liability insurance and vehicle registration
Qualifications

Benefits

- Sign-On bonus of $1000 is divided into 60 days and 90 days.
