Bilingual Family Centered Support Specialist (FCSS) Program
- Schedule: Primarily afternoons & early evenings; flexible, community-based
- Pay: $51k base + overtime eligible + $6,000 sign-on bonus
Qualifications
- Bilingual: Spanish/English—able to conduct all sessions and documentation needs in Spanish and English.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited institution (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year working with children, adolescents, or transition-age youth in a clinical or community setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
- Comfortable working in homes and community settings with a short-term, stabilization focus (typical episode: 9–12 weeks).
