Bilingual Mobile Service Coordinator

About the role

The Mobile Service Coordinator coordinates and directs all Mobile Service activities for the dealership. This role also manages the dealership’s rental process and fleet, as well as oversees the pick-up and delivery of vehicles and customers to their places of work and homes.

Responsibilities

• Marketing to Develop Mobile Service Clientele
• Manage Repair Order Process for Mobile Services
• Schedule and Dispatch
• Communicate with the Customer Communication Prior to and During the Repair
• Direct Rental Process and Fleet
• Oversee Pick Up and Delivery

Qualifications

• Successful Retail Sales and/or Service Advisor experience
• Proven communication skills with Customers and the Service Team
• Played an active role in automotive maintenance and repair department or business
