About The Role We’re looking for a Bilingual Mobile Response Stabilization Counselor to provide brief, solution-focused mental health support to youth and families experiencing crisis. You'll work with children and families involved in San Francisco systems, including child welfare, SFUSD, and crisis services, providing interventions, stabilization, and case management in homes, schools, hospitals, and other community settings. You will partner with families and treatment team members to build safety, strengthen resilience, and connect youth to the support they need to remain safely in their communities. About The Program Seneca’s San Francisco Mobile Response Team provides community-based mental health and crisis response services to support youth and families involved in the child welfare system, foster care services, and other San Francisco-based systems of care. Our goal is to strengthen permanency, support successful transitions, and address the mental health and behavioral needs of youth while helping them remain safely connected to their families and communities. Mobile response services are provided in homes, schools, hospitals, and other community settings, offering an alternative to unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement. Through crisis intervention, safety planning, and connection to ongoing resources, we help youth and families build stability, resilience, and long-term support.
