Responsibilities
- Conducting home visits to assess and address immediate needs of clients
- Providing crisis intervention and support services
- Collaborating with community partners to enhance service delivery
- Maintaining confidentiality and safety of clients at all times
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with vulnerable populations
- Passion for mental health advocacy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- First aid/cpr certification
- Background check required
