Bilingual Med Spa General Manager
About the role
Bodenvy is excited to be growing in Raleigh, North Carolina, and we are looking for a driven General Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to help lead and grow our brand-new location. This is an opportunity to get involved at the ground level and play an important role in building the team, establishing the culture, growing the territory, and driving the overall success of the business. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, confident, and possesses strong leadership qualities. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, knows how to hold a team accountable, and is excited about helping build and grow a business. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, as many of our clients in the Raleigh market are Spanish-speaking. Comprehensive training is provided, so prior experience in aesthetics is not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a brand-new Bodenvy location and help establish a strong foundation for long-term growth.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing team.
- Support both the office staff and leadership team by making sound decisions that drive the business forward.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and performance-focused work environment where employees can thrive.
- Ensure every client receives an above-standard experience while supporting them in reaching their body transformation goals.
