Med Spa Manager

About the role

The position involves overseeing operations at a luxury medical spa. This full-time role requires managing a team, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team in a luxury medical-spa setting
• Drive sales performance and meet or exceed revenue targets
• Handle customer escalations and maintain high service standards
• Manage payroll, staff scheduling, and performance reviews
• Maintain administrative accuracy and computer proficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of management or supervisory experience in luxury retail, spa, or aesthetic industry
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance
• Strong customer-service skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to problem-solve independently and maintain professionalism under pressure

Qualifications

• Experience in medical spa, dermatology, aesthetics, or luxury retail environments preferred
• College degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with KPIs, sales reporting, and CRM or scheduling systems

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One late day per week until 7:00 PM

Pay

$80,000–$90,000 per year.
