Bilingual MDFT-OUD Clinician

Provides model-adherent, intensive in-home clinical treatment to adolescents with substance abuse and delinquent behaviors and their families. The clinician will go through the MDFT certification process, obtain licensure clinical and supervision hours, and gain experience in the adolescent, parent, and family clinical realm. The Multidimensional Family Therapy-Opioid Use Disorder (MDFT-OUD) program is an innovative, evidence-based, intensive in-home treatment program for adolescents and young adults, ages 12-21, presenting with opioid use disorder, complex behavioral health, or social and emotional challenges.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. $5,000 sign-on bonus: half paid upon hire and half paid at one year of service.

Responsibilities

  • Completes clinical documentation
  • Provides triages for clinical emergencies and aligns with identified safety plan
  • Works collaboratively with internal and external providers
  • Meets with families based on model expectations
  • Provides service in the office, remote, and/or community settings outside of the office (e.g., homes, schools, hospitals, institutions, other community locations) as defined by the program
  • May transport clients to appointments or linkages as appropriate
  • Works in a team to provide wrap-around services to the family, both clinical and case management
  • Participates in on-call rotation with teammates to support clients/families in times of crisis

Requirements

  • Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or Doctorate in Psychology
  • Must be licensed or license-eligible (LPCA, LMFTA, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)
  • If MSW, a LMSW (permit or license) or LCSW will be required to begin employment
  • Valid driver’s license is required; safely operates vehicle in the community based on program needs

Pay

  • Salary: $62,000
  • Bilingual stipend: $4,576 (annual, paid out throughout the year)

Schedule

  • Flexible full-time schedule
  • Hybrid schedule with remote and in-home sessions
