Bilingual (Mandarin) Travel Advisor / Travel Consultant

About the role

Assist clients with travel planning, reservations, customer support, and travel-related sales while communicating effectively in both English and Chinese. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to explain commission-based travel products and services, and the capability to support multicultural clients in a professional and customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced travel and tourism environment and can confidently communicate travel information, pricing, and itineraries to clients and team members.
