Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Join our team as a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and work directly with families to support both the child’s progress and the family’s needs. This role acts as a liaison, ensuring a comprehensive plan is created for each child.
About the role
We’re an ABA provider with a whole-child, whole-caregiver approach. Our integrated model combines ABA therapy with speech, occupational therapy, and behavioral health support. You’ll be part of a deeply collaborative, mission-driven team.
This is a full-time, non-exempt role supporting families in the New Jersey surrounding area. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate team meetings with families and other professionals
- Provide resources to families during intake and as needed
- Give updates to primary care providers regarding client progress
- Facilitate family support groups virtually and/or in person
- Obtain formal feedback from families regarding their services and child’s progress
- Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other required meetings
- Maintain records to ensure information is readily available to interested parties
- Act as liaison with the public and mental health community to support development goals
- Assist in creating procedures and training materials to improve programs for individuals
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Fluent in Spanish
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Pay
Expected salary range: $81,000–$97,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
Physical Demands
- Visual and auditory ability to work on a computer and use a phone for long periods
- Ability to perform all physical aspects of the position for extended periods, including sitting, standing, bending, squatting, and kneeling
