Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Remote

Essential Functions/Job Duties

• Coordinate team meetings with families and other professionals
• Provide resources to families during intake and as needed
• Provide updates to PCP regarding client progress
• Offer family support groups virtually and/or in person
• Obtain formal feedback from families regarding their services and child's progress
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other pertinent meetings as required
• Maintain records to guarantee information is readily available to interested parties
• Act as liaison with the public and mental health community to provide support with development goals
• Aid in creating procedures for training materials to improve programs for individuals

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Fluent in Spanish
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Pay

$81,000–$97,000 per year

Schedule

This is a full-time role that will be supporting families in the New Jersey surrounding area. The core hours for this role are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
