Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using user-friendly EHR systems.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unrestricted LCSW license in the relevant state.
• Effective communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and technology.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to provide in-person care within facility settings.
• Ability to walk, stand, and move within healthcare environments.
