Bilingual Legal Assistant - Dallas

Thompson Law, a nationally growing personal injury firm based in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas, is seeking a bilingual Legal Assistant to join the team. In this role you will champion the client experience during the final stages of personal injury cases, combining operational responsibilities with a personable, customer‑service approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and paralegals to craft fair and beneficial settlements.
• Act as the primary contact for insurance adjusters to expedite payment processes.
• Work with medical providers and lien holders to settle bills, ensuring clients’ financial ease.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, providing updates and fostering a positive experience throughout case closure.
• Help amplify the firm’s presence by obtaining social‑media reviews and recommendations from clients.
• Complete various administrative tasks to close client files efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
• 2+ years of recent employment.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in customer service, client services, or hospitality.
• Understanding of Excel.
• Spirited, outgoing personality with a knack for teamwork and client interaction.

Compensation

Hourly pay plus bonuses.

Schedule

Monday to Friday work schedule with no weekends.
