Bilingual Learning & Development Senior Consultant II (English/Canadian French)

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning offerings and coaching
• Evaluate and evolve learning solutions to meet business needs
• Collaborate with business partners to identify skill gaps
• Promote talent management practices aligned with a skills-based culture
• Measure learning effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Act as a subject matter expert for behavioral skills offerings
• Communicate project status and coordinate resources effectively
• Contribute to continuous improvement of L&D practices

Qualifications

• 2+ years of facilitation experience
• 2 years of content development
• Canadian French fluency required
• Beginner proficiency in design tools (e.g., Rise, Storyline)
• Strong organizational skills for project management
