Bilingual Insurance Underwriter (English and Mandarin)

About the role

The role involves underwriting new and renewal business submissions, determining risk suitability, and setting appropriate pricing levels. It also includes communicating with carriers and clients to resolve issues and answer coverage questions, providing excellent customer service, and identifying new business opportunities through interactions with insureds.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new & renewal business submissions and determine suitability of risks and proper pricing levels
• Communicate effectively with carriers and clients to resolve issues and answer coverage questions
• Provide superior customer service to insureds in a proactive and timely manner
• Identify new opportunities for business growth through communication with insureds

Qualifications

• 2 Years Property and Casualty experience
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail
• Team player with a positive work attitude, effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and good relationship skills

Pay

Salary Type : Annual Salary
