Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

The HR Generalist serves as a key partner to the business, supporting the execution of HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent outcomes. This role balances day-to-day HR support with opportunities to contribute to broader initiatives, while ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders and the HR Manager to deliver HR support aligned with business needs
• Support HR execution across assigned manufacturing locations, including regular on-site engagement
• Contribute to talent activities such as recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee development
• Build effective working relationships with site leaders and provide guidance on employee and organizational matters, escalating complex issues as needed
• Support employee relations, performance management, and development processes at assigned sites
• Administer and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards
• Use HR data and insights (e.g., turnover, attendance, engagement) to support decision-making and action planning
• Help implement HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts in partnership with the broader HR team
• Champion a safe, inclusive, and high ‑ accountability work environment
• Lead and support change initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1–3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment
• Foundational knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment laws
• Tech savvy with an interest in using systems to drive operational excellence
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English required
• Willingness to travel and maintain regular on-site presence to support assigned locations
