Bilingual HR Site Leader
About the role
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating independently and managing a variety of employee and organizational needs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with employees and managers to address workplace concerns, questions, and employee relations matters.
- Cooking with employees and managers to address workplace concerns, questions, and employee relations matters.

- Coordinate recruiting activities, new-hire onboarding, and staffing needs.
- Aid with payroll processes, time and attendance tracking, and maintaining accurate HRIS information.
- Administer employee benefits and support leave-related processes.
- Help manage performance-related activities, including employee coaching and documentation.
- Maintain HR policies, records, and documentation while supporting compliance requirements.
- Conduct employee investigations and assist with other general HR matters as needed.
- Provide ongoing support for daily HR operations and employee needs.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure employee information remains accurate and current.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR-related events as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Previous experience in a senior, supervisory, or lead-level HR position, or experience as an HR Generalist functioning as the primary HR resource for a location.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay
$36/hr - $38/hr
Schedule
Full-time | Monday – Thursday from 7:00AM – 3:30PM | Friday from 7:00AM – 12:00PM
