Healthcare & Emergency Solutions is a boutique consulting firm that specializes in providing culturally competent equitable healthcare services for historically excluded communities. Our team of public health professionals and clinical experts is uniquely equipped to manage state contracts.

We are currently seeking Bilingual Fully and Provisionally Licensed Clinicians. This role provides home-based/community-based mental health services to youth and families, emphasizing high-quality clinical care, strong engagement, and strong documentation. This is a contractor position based in Bibb County, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services in clients' homes/community settings
• Engage families/caregivers to support participation and outcomes
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Maintain strong communication and responsiveness with the team

Minimum Qualifications

• Fully Licensed: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
• Provisional/Associate licensure track aligned with: APC, AMFT, or LMSW
• Experience working with adolescents and families
• Ability to work in-home/community-based environments
• Reliable transportation (home visits required)
• Strong communication + documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Fully Licensed: Strong clinical experience with youth (middle/high school age) and ability to manage higher acuity cases
• Provisional: Behavioral health, DFCS, or school-based experience
• Spanish Speaking/Bi-Lingual is a plus

Schedule

Comfortable with flexible scheduling (afternoons/evenings; weekends when necessary).
