Bilingual French Canadian CSR

We are seeking a customer-focused professional who is fluent in English and French-Canadian for a temp-to-hire opportunity in New Bedford, MA. This role supports customers through phone and email in a structured, compliance-driven insurance environment, offering stability, teamwork, and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual customer support in English and French-Canadian through inbound calls, outbound verification calls, and email correspondence.
• Maintain accurate customer records, complete data entry, and update internal systems with detailed documentation.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within an insurance environment.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns while delivering a professional and helpful service experience.
• Support department goals by meeting expectations for productivity, quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications while managing customer interactions efficiently.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French-Canadian.
• Customer service experience in a structured, compliance-driven environment (insurance preferred).
