Bilingual Field Store Associate (Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Drive and increase sales at Lowe’s stores
• Engage customers in the Paint and Pro departments, generate customer leads, implement effective sales and marketing programs
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage merchandising
• Ensure maximum client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
• Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation

About the Role

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Lowe’s Store #1570, located at: 4645 Beechnut St, Houston, TX 77096. This is a part-time position working weekdays/afternoons/weekends. The schedule is based on business needs and subject to change.
